HOW FAST DO YOU DISPATCH?

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We are FAST!

If you order an item - that is Out of stock (rare but it happens) we shall send your order in 2 drops - in Stock lines, followed automatically (and at no extra Cost) all other items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for earrings (unless faulty) due to hygiene reasons.

Wrong product sent/faulty goods?
In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please inform us within 3 working days of receipt. We will send your replacement goods along with a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send the incorrect or faulty goods back.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses when returning products however we will always endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to fulfil orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If one or two of your ordered lines are out of stock, we automatically send them to you (free of charge) when they come back in!

The rest of your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Is Scream Pretty jewelry nickel free?

Yes. All our jewelry is nickel free.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order value for the USA is $350

We ship for free on all orders above $600

Please note you are required to order a minimum of 2 per SKU

Who designs the jewelry?

The majority of our jewelry is designed by the company’s founder, Lucy Lee and her sister Jessica Pearce. Some individual pieces are curated from our trusted suppliers because they are gorgeous and compliment the character of the rest of the Scream Pretty range.

What is Scream Pretty jewelry made from?

All Scream Pretty earrings are made from sterling silver, and plated with either rhodium, silver or gold.

Necklaces, bracelets and rings can be made from silver or brass, and plated with rhodium or gold. Each product page will specify what a product is made from.

Where does the jewelry come from?

We design our jewelry collections in the UK and work with craftspeople in Thailand, Bali and India to bring our designs to life! We work very closely with the designers at each of our suppliers, and visit them once a year to manage the NPD process and quality assurance. We ensure that all our suppliers trade in line with our ethics policy (below).

Why do some gemstones not look exactly like the photo?

We often use natural gemstones, which are formed over thousands of years. The color varies from stone to stone. We try to match the color as best as possible, but variations will occur.

What tarnishes silver?

Silver is tarnished by sulfur-containing materials, particularly hydrogen sulfide (H2S). The most common tarnish-causing elements are wool, felt, food (eggs, onions, and mayonnaise), fossil fuels, rubber bands, latex gloves, carpet padding, and certain paints. Tarnishing is accelerated in a humid environment. Body oils and moisturizers can also cause tarnishing, so remove your silver jewelry before you bathe.

We recommend cleaning your jewelry once you see a soft yellow color on your silver (the start of tarnishing). If you leave your jewelry until it is black, you may need a professional clean.

OUR ETHICAL POLICY

What is your ethical policy?

We know you care about where your jewelry comes from, and that good business practice is what you expect of us. We’re proud to say that we’re uncompromising in our commitment to nurturing long-term relationships with suppliers who treat their workers fairly. It’s the company-wide mission to work alongside our global supply chain in safeguarding and improving the working conditions and rights of the workers in the workshops that supply our products. We’ve therefore adopted the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) base code, which states the following key principles:

  • Employment is freely chosen.
  • Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected.
  • Working conditions are safe and hygienic.
  • Child labor shall not be used.
  • Living wages are paid.
  • Working hours are not excessive.
  • No discrimination is practiced.
  • Regular employment is provided.
  • No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed.
